There’s just something about a good DIY punk band.. the raw edge, honest writing, the artistic passion that explodes out of the speakers and into your soul. Atlanta based up and comers, @The Carolyn, have it all in spades. They are a classic garage band in every way, beginning as a solo project and gradually accumulating members while experimenting with sounds and vibes until it all came together. It’s been a slow but steady burn for The Carolyn since they first formed in 2017, and things are really starting to heat up. Their latest release, Pyramid Scheme of Grief, hit the virtual waves in October of this year and since then they have been hitting the road to share it with anyone who will listen. Fans of The Menzingers and Joyce Manor will enjoy the familiar gently-dissonant melodies and relatable lyrics woven throughout The Carolyn’s discography. Stream Pyramid Scheme of Grief and everything else these guys have to offer on all your favorite platforms, and don’t forget to give them a follow on Insta (@the_carolyn) and Tiktok (@thecarolynatl) to keep up with the latest tour news and future releases.
